The HLI 2025 is a professional development program facilitated by the renowned institute of the USA that works around leadership development, mediation, conflict resolution, and international cooperation. Fred J. Hansen envisioned to establish a peaceful world through international cooperation by engaging people from other nations to come to the United States and learn about its culture, traditions, economy, and government.

Eligibility

For non-U.S. students:

  • Upper-level undergraduate with at least two years of college/university completed or a graduate student.
  • Age should be between 20 to 25 at the commencement of the program.
  • Must possess leadership skills in community, nation, or region.
  • Must have the recommendation of an academic advisor for verification of English proficiency.
  • Must possess a valid international passport.
  • Must possess relevant experience working with NGOs or the community.

For U.S. students:

  • Upper-level undergraduate with at least two years of college/university completed or a graduate student.
  • 2 years of specialization in international relations, international economic development, diplomacy, or related fields.
  • Age should be between 20 to 25 at the commencement of the program.
  • Must possess leadership skills in community, nation, or region.
  • Must possess relevant experience working with NGOs or the community.
