Vantage Network Africa is a platform for human capital development where young persons can learn better and apply innovative ideas, acquire new competencies, develop skills, behaviors and attitudes to meet the needs of the 21st century workplace.
We work to train young people to acquire these skills and also offer platforms to explore by working with higher institutions, corporate organizations.

Mission: To offer a platform for the achievement of the United Nations Organizations’ Sustainable Development Goals of Quality Education, Reduced Inequalities and Eliminating Poverty in Africa.
Mandate:
- Offering a platform for young persons to learn and know and become more informed, innovative and skilled to navigate the requirements of the 21st Century workplace
- Helping young persons to match up the corporate world by allowing a platform to access information needed to make informed decisions about their career choices
- Offering mentoring and re-orientation to young persons so they are able to develop competences and create innovative solutions to problems
- Advocating education rights and the expansion of financial resources to all sectors of human capital development in Africa.
- Conducting capacity building forums, symposiums, conferences and other career related intervention to empower young persons and take them off the clog of mediocrity.
- Raising the next generation of young professionals to feature in the future of Africa.
