Newton research fellowship 2025 attracts fresh and diverse talent to UK to develop an innovative workforce. Fellows of Royal Society will get access to different career development and interactive opportunities which will include training on leadership, science communication and public engagement, and other relevant activities.
A UK sponsor will provide support to prepare applications for this international research program. The sponsor will work with the head applicant to draft the proposal of the project. Eligibility
- Applicants should have a PhD degree or will complete their PhD before this fellowship starts.
- Applicants should have maximum seven years of postdoctoral experience. (including teaching experience, and industry research time)
- Career breaks will not be included.
- Applicants should not be based in UK.
- Applicants should not have UK citizenship.
- Applicants should have proficiency in both oral and written English.
