- If you have already graduated from an undergraduate program, submit the academic transcript from your undergraduate program.
- If you have completed a graduate degree, submit transcripts from both your undergraduate and graduate programs.
- If you are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, submit an academic transcript that covers your study period up to the most recent term for which grades are available.
- If you are currently pursuing a graduate degree, submit transcripts from both your undergraduate program and your current graduate program (up to the latest term).
- Attested copy of the certification of graduation or the degree certificate of the university attended. (1 copy with original attestation)
- If you have graduated from an undergraduate program, submit a graduation certificate from the undergraduate program.
- If you have graduated from a graduate program, submit graduation certificates from both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
- If you are currently studying in an undergraduate program, submit a certificate of expected graduation from your undergraduate program.
- If you are studying in a graduate program, submit both a graduation certificate from your undergraduate program and a certificate of expected graduation from your current graduate program.

Submission
- Do not staple your documents. Use a paper clip to keep them together.
