This fully funded US fellowship opportunity is only for Pakistani professionals. By its nature, the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2026 is a cultural exchange program. The professionals from Pakistan will get a chance to work in the US in the relevant selected field. In addition, the selected professionals are expected to share Pakistani life and culture with their colleagues in the United States. The fellowship awardees are also expected to share information about their work experience in their home country with their US colleagues.
The Humphreys fellowship has four major fields in this program. These four fields have further subfields of study. The fields in which applications are invited are Human and Institutional Capacity, Rights and Freedoms, Sustainable Lands, and Thriving Communities. The details of sub-fields are given in the link below. This Fulbright exchange program is to uplift career-oriented Pakistanis; women, disabled persons, and professionals from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, Northern Sindh, and Southern Punjab are highly encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
In this fully funded fellowship by USEFP, the grant covers tuition fees, airfare, a living stipend, health insurance, and visa processing. The awardees are expected to return to Pakistan immediately after the completion of their fellowship program. As the purpose of this fully paid exchange fellowship program is to enhance good relations between the United States and Pakistan, the fellows are considered the basic goodwill ambassadors of both countries.

Eligibility
- The applicants must be Pakistani citizens with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
- The applicants must have 16 years of formal education.
- Applicants must have a high level of command of English writing and speaking.
- University teachers or researchers with no management experience are ineligible to apply.
- Professionals who have graduated from U.S. universities within the last seven years or have five years of U.S. work experience cannot apply.
- Persons who have dual Pakistani/U.S. nationality or have a spouse, child, parent, or fiancé who is a U.S. national are ineligible to apply.
- Employees of the organization or the U.S. Department of State are also ineligible to apply.
