Asia Foundation Leadership Program 2025 is a fully funded Leadership Program in USA. The project LeadNext by The Asia Foundation creates a dynamic network of young leaders from Asia and the US, and promotes their development, impact, and ability to take action on today’s biggest challenges. Through the LeadNext program, aspiring leaders from all fields and cultures are given access to strong global networks, a diverse range of experiences, and leadership skills which will help them to shape the future skillfully.
During the Leadership Training Intensive program fellows will meet one to three times a week for several weeks so that they can develop their social change leadership capabilities. In this global youth leadership program, fellows will learn techniques for improving impact, self-awareness, and public speaking while exploring how their individual experiences form the basis of their leadership abilities. The focus of the intensive training is on communication and teamwork.
During this leadership program for international students, there will be 4 monthly virtual classes where global experts will introduce the participants to real-world experiences of leaders in the US and Asia who are addressing a variety of 21st-century issues. Fellows will gain lifelong knowledge, tools and frameworks of the ecosystems and policies that shape impact. Experts will explore complex issues of social change in Asia and the U.S. sharing their combined experiences.
There will be a Global Leaders Summit in USA (San Francisco Bay Area) in July 2025. Fellows will broaden and enhance their knowledge through critical discussions, ongoing leadership training, and resources to address the issues of 21st century.
