Fellowship Structure
The Elevate Africa Fellowship offers a multifaceted learning experience designed to elevate leadership capacity and foster collaboration. The program is structured around the following key components:
- Learning Workshops and Sessions: Engage in immersive, culturally-relevant, hands-on workshops led by experienced African leaders. These modules and sessions are focused on three pillars: leadership development, catalytic innovations, and narrative transformation within an African context. Expect instructor-led sessions along with peer-led case reviews and exclusive fireside conversations with experts, African royalties, and global leaders.
- Peer Learning and Networking: Fellows benefit from deep peer-to-peer and intergenerational interactions, sharing diverse perspectives and solutions. This creates a collaborative environment where fellows can learn from each other and build lasting relationships across sectors. Fellows have the exclusive opportunity of being exposed to captains of industries, global leaders, and of course His Royal Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR and Her Royal Majesty, Olori Atuwatse III.
- Capstone Leadership Projects: Each fellow undertakes a high-impact project of their choosing, designed to tackle a significant challenge within their sector or community. These projects are monitored and reviewed to ensure real-world applicability and impact, as well as their potential to elevate the narratives focused on Africa.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Personalized mentorship and coaching sessions provide tailored guidance, helping fellows refine their leadership style and accelerate their personal and professional growth.
