Applications are open for the Global Youth Summit 2024 for Changemakers. The Global Youth Summit 2024, is a fully funded, transformative experience! This year, Global Changemakers is inviting young leaders from across the globe to join them in Cape Town, South Africa from 21-25 October 2024.
This year’s summit is not just a meeting place but a melting pot of ideas, cultures, and visions for a better future. Young Changemakers, aged 21-29 and living in any corner of the world, are invited to apply for a chance to participate in an unforgettable week of skills development, networking, and capacity building. Together with a diverse group of some of the world’s most inspiring youth leaders, you’ll embark on a journey of growth, collaboration, and action.
Participants of the Global Youth Summit 2024 will have the unique opportunity to connect with over 1300 changemakers in their international network and become eligible for grant funding to bring their impactful projects to life.

The following costs are covered:
- Round trip airfare
- Accommodation
- Meals
Eligibility
- Open to young leaders from across the globe;
- Be between 21-29 years;
- All of the sessions at the summit will be conducted in English and so a working understanding of the language is key. They will assess this through your application video and through an interview for those who make it to the third round of selection.
Application
To apply to the Global Youth Summit 2024, English speaking Changemakers, aged 21-29 and living anywhere in the world, need to record a two-minute application video, pay the $30 application fee and complete the written application form.
Your application is not complete and will not be considered without completing all three parts of the application before the application deadline.
