Deadline: February 5, 2025
ISTA Summer Fellowship 2025 in Austria is offered to international students who want to enhance their scientific research skills in a cutting-edge interdisciplinary research institute. Every summer, students work for 2-3 months under the guidance of researchers at ISTA on their research projects. This IST summer internship is offered to bachelor’s and master’s students from various disciplines of natural sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer sciences, and any relevant interdisciplinary areas.
During this fully funded internship in Europe, students will participate in a customized program which will include various events and activities so that students can have a good time on campus. These will include presentations by university professors on research conducted in groups at the institute. Fellows will also be invited to annual ISTA events in summers. These activities will make ISTA internship experience memorable.
At the end of the ISTA Summer Fellowship, there will be a poster session where fellows will display their work to ISTA community. Students who will get accommodation in Vienna will get a chance to interact and socialize with individuals from outside of labs and academic classes. Students can participate in extracurricular activities such as sports and games, subject-based student groups and social societies. They will meet new people on campus and learn from each other’s experiences.
