KAPSARC is offering a one-year Graduate Development Program in Saudi Arabia. This fully funded program will help recent graduates develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become successful. Through this international graduate program, students will have hands-on experience in one of two specialized tracks offered. These tracks include ‘Consulting’ and ‘Enabling’. Students will get a monthly salary during the entire program. They will also get personal and professional development opportunities.
The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center is a community of individuals who combine creativity, expertise, and research to address significant international energy challenges. This international training program can be the first step for students towards their future careers. By joining the Consulting track, participants will get a chance to become part of an energetic team. They will work on projects related to the energy sector. Students will develop skills like data analysis, good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
By joining the Enabling track offered by the graduate training program, participants will work with experts in a variety of fields. They will get a chance to learn technical skills in business. The real work environment will facilitate the development of important workplace skills like flexibility and time management. The Consulting majors will include Public Policy, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and Energy Studies. The Enabling Majors will include Management Information System, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Public Relations and Communication, English Translation, Project Management, and Marketing.

Eligibility
- Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Applicants should have a 4/5, 3.2/4, or 60/100 GPA.
- Applicants must have IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL IBT 79 and above.
- Applicants must have graduated in 2024-2025.
- Applicants should have less than 1 year of experience.
- Applicants must be available for a full-time training program for 1 year.
- Certificate equivalency is required if you studied outside Saudi Arabia.
