Photonics summer camp for undergraduate and master’s students will provide them an outstanding opportunity to work on research projects in advanced areas of photonics which will include semiconductor lasers, photonics integrated circuits, quantum technologies, optical communications, neuromorphic computing, and hyper-vision systems.

The summer research internship will allow participants to gain hands-on experience in laboratory experiments, acquire certified knowledge on the latest nano-fabrication tools, and attend workshops and training sessions with fellow students and entrepreneurs. During this camp, candidates will have exciting site visits and trips also. All in all, this is a great opportunity to enhance your knowledge regarding optical science and explore its unlimited potential.

• Four weeks (1st July- 31st July, 2025)

Eligibility

• Applicants should be recent graduates, senior undergraduates, or current master’s students.
• Applicants should be students in electrical and computer engineering, physics, or other related disciplines.
• Applicants should have a CGPA of 3.5/4.00 or higher than this.
• The application should have excellent English language proficiency.
• The application must demonstrate a strong motivation to work on research projects during the summer camp.
