Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) Europe is a three-day virtual program for ambitious women like you who are ready to make their next bold move. Taking place on May 15-17, 2025, this event will equip you with the insights, connections, and confidence you need to turn your ambition into action.

Next Generation Women Leaders Europe will begin on the evening of Thursday, May 15, with welcome words, inspiring speeches, and networking with other ambitious and driven women like you.

Throughout the next two days, you will participate in interactive workshops, gain invaluable insights from other successful women on becoming and growing as a leader, and work with facilitators to further shape your leadership style. During the program, you will build upon your leadership skills and focus on personal and professional development.

  • Interview Preparation: If you are considering a career path in consulting and want to explore the opportunities they offer, you will be invited to their interview preparation program. You will learn about their recruiting process, join Q&A sessions, and practice cases.
Eligibility
  • Be based in or have strong ties to Europe.
  • Be a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2026 OR a professional with up to eight years of work experience.

Application

  • Resume in English. This should include details of your education and grades, work experience, extracurricular activities, and achievements.
  • Your preferred office location (based on geographic or industry ties) OR business function (based on industry experience). When you apply, you will choose up to three office locations or business functions that will review your application. They advise you to make your choices based on geographic or industry ties (e.g., you have studied or lived in the country), or you have work experience in the industry. You should also be fluent in the local language.
  • Transcripts including grades.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an online digital assessment that will last about 110 minutes. This does not require any preparation or prior business knowledge. More details will be shared after submitting your application.
