Applicants must submit a completed admission form to the USA Office of Undergraduate Admission. The candidates should submit a high school transcript with a minimum unweighted cumulative GPA of 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.

How to Apply

  • To apply, students must apply for admission, application William C. Complete the Parker Scholarship Section, and submit all supporting documents to the graduate admission office. A student’s application will not be reviewed until he is admitted to the University of Kentucky.
  • Supporting Documents: The holders have to write and submit an essay of 500 words. The topic is how “I will contribute to diversity” at the University of Kentucky.
  • Admission Requirements: There are no admission requirements to apply for this free education.
  • Language Requirement: Applicants need to demonstrate that they have a good level of written and spoken English.
